The Superdew 3 WP from Shaw Moisture Meters is a robust inline dewpoint hygrometer designed for precise trace moisture measurement in process gases and compressed air. Accurate

At its core, the wall-mount, weatherproof dewpoint hygrometer features the SHAW ultra-high-capacitance aluminium oxide sensor, which offers superior stability and repeatability. Furthermore, it delivers certified accuracy better than ±2 °C (±3.6 °F) dewpoint, giving users dependable measurement results over time.

User configurable

The Superdew 3 WP is user-configurable, displaying readings in °C, °F, ppm(V), or lb/MMSCF on a clear, five-character LED display. Two independent, fully programmable alarm relays provide flexible process control across the sensor’s full operating range. Moreover, users can quickly view and adjust set points with the intuitive front-panel keypad.

Flexible installation

The instrument includes an isolated 4–20 mA analogue output, with an adjustable span to match the selected measurement range. Additionally, for installation flexibility, users can install the Superdew 3 WP up to 1,000 metres from the sensor, placing the display and control unit conveniently within the facility while keeping the sensor integrated directly into the process line.

Supplied ready to use

To ensure a complete solution, Shaw Moisture Meters configures each hygrometer package to customer specification. Each kit includes the Superdew 3 WP instrument, SHAW dewpoint sensor, sensor holder and two metres of sensor cable. As a result, the Superdew 3 dewpoint hygrometer kit arrives ready for immediate installation and reliable long-term dewpoint monitoring in process gas and compressed air applications.
