  • Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Study or equivalent.
  • Have work experience in both accounting and HR.
  • Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, or human resource management.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Open and able to communicate and work with various levels in a team environment with other departments.
  • Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.


  • Finance
    To assist review and process any purchase request/purchase order/delivery note before submitting to the Finance Department for payment.
  • Coordinate confirmed purchase request with PIC.
  • Communicate or assist the Finance Department to ensure effective internal controls are in place with internal policy and procedures.
  • Analyze vendor cost for any cost saving opportunity.
  • Keep track and ensure proper recording of all reimbursement of petty cash/ cash advance.
    To create and maintain asset listing.
  • To compile and check any staff claims and submit to the Finance Department for payment.
    To assist reviewing to ensure continuous systems and process improvement.


  • Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. payroll including statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims and etc)
  • To assist in recruitment activities (including termination & exit interview of employees), compensation & benefits, training & learning and other HR activities.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
  • Preparation of announcements / memos when requested.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc activities as and when required by the company.

Service Technician /Labuan/ Kota Kinabalu /Miri


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years (s) of working experience in an offshore or refinery environment
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Labuan/Kota Kinabalu /Miri
  • Familiar with Petronas work permit application process.
  • Having knowledge of Offshore mobilization procedures.


  • Commissioning and Decommissioning of flow meter, control valve and etc.
  • To involve in service activities for E & I work at the site.
  • Responsible to conduct pre-service work scoping and site visits to evaluate service requirements.
  • Assists Service engineer to carry out the repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks on all pressure transmitters, temperature, pressure, flow, control valve, and maintaining all marshaling cabinets.
  • Compliance with Petronas HSE requirements
